General Meetings

Myanma Tourism Bank Public Company Ltd; convenes the following General Meetings as required in the Myanmar Companies Law and Constitution of the Bank, attending all shareholders or members of the Bank Company.

Statutory General Meeting

  • Statutory General Meeting of Myanmar Tourism Bank Public Company Ltd; had been held on July 2015.
  • The meeting was held within the designated time, at which the Bank Company was incorporated.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

  • Myanma Tourism Bank Public Company Ltd; holds Annual General Meeting regularly for every Financial Year. The Ninth AGM meeting was hold on August 2023 for FY 2022-2023.
  • In the AGM meeting, Board of Director’s Report, External Auditor’s Report & Audited Financial Statements were read, explained and approved by the meeting. Dividend declared (if any), & electing Directors and appointed External Auditor for Next Financial Year.

Special General Meeting

  • Other than the above mentioned general meetings, Special General Meetings are called for important matters of the Bank.
  • In the Special General Meetings, the special resolutions were adopted.
